Today was started off by me running to work
(as i was late)
in boots that are a size and a half too big,
causing me to look like i had had a severe
stroke in my recent past.
All while holding a bowl of frozen raspberries
(my breakfast)
and an abnormal psychology text.
however, i was met with smiles
and Parisian tea from the "bike guy"
(the very one who does inappropriate
'donald duck having phone sex' impressions)
and a new mix cd from the effervescent
and very talented DJ, Rob Vilar.

Today i'm wearing a Tony Chestnut creation.
Jill is one of the most talented women
i know, and her website does her collection
no justice.
she has such a romantic feel to her clothing,
using different fabrics: from raw silk to gauze
to create fantasy-like focal items.
i wear 3 of her pieces in an eight
page editorial in the third installment of G.LOVE mag
coming out in 3 weeks.
This baby is not in the mag,
but is the newest item in my
ever-growing personal TC collection.
Tonight is a social (i hate socials) for
some guy that i have never met, yet must
do 'girlfriend duty' and wander around
a community center listlessly whilst nursing
the same beer until the damned thing closes
(at one in the morning).
unless i can get out of it by claiming
"thesis rights."
it seems to usually work pretty well.
however until then i'll be roosting
in a dead store by myself,
eating chinese food and honing my
wicked competitive spider solitaire
skills.
