i've run away from home

i ran away to my cottage this weekend.
it's been completely redone and i haven't
been here since 2003. it looks amazing, so much
open space and many screened porches and decks.
i brought my bike. take your bike for a whip in
the country if you need some release. it works.
trust me.
i finally got batteries for my pentax and we're
up and rolling again as well. i broke through my panic
wall regarding my thesis and started the revisions,
im almost half done.
i'm getting the quiet, alone, "breath of fresh air"
time that i needed more than i thought.
i feel revitalized and ready.
i'll take some photos of this place and upload them
when i get back in town tomorrow.
(apparently we have a hot tub and the internet here.
this place is magical.)
