how do you model furniture?

apparently like this. i did a shoot for Modern Love.
They do this great furniture auction for Cancer Care
every year and i was happy to be a part of it!

here are just some of the shots:

Jeff Koons 'Puppy.' the original is currently stationed
outside of the Guggenheim.

They also design a tshirt for the auction
(i'll put up photos when i get them)
and this year's is pretty neat (and affordable).
so check out the auction to get some wicked things
and to support a good cause!

apparently the september 2008 80g ps3

is not backwards compatible meaning that

ps1 and ps2 games cannot be played

meaning that i can't play kingdom hearts II

meaning that now i need to find and buy

a ps2.

surprisingly good news

yesterday to cheer me up glenn bought me a ps3.
the disgusting part is that it totally worked.
i bought kingdom hearts II to play and be happy
forever and ever! square enix and disney partnered

up to make the happiest game in the world.

however i'm having trouble trying to get my 80 g

ps3 to play ps2 games. help?

last weekend

glenn and i took my dogs for a walk
in Whittier park and they had lots

halloween preparation

i'm not sure what to be for halloween
i have to work both gate night and halloween so it

has to be a somewhat functional costume.

i decided because i'm working at the stupid club

on gate night and i hate everyone that goes there i'm

dressing up like this:

but for actual halloween night i'm working a private

party of doctors and my boss is a jerk and would

probably have a problem if i walked in looking

like a dude.

you know, i really do like my photography.
i think i started to appreciate a little
bit more just now.
self criticism is the worst.
but upon reviewing old rolls on my laptop
it really struck me that there are some
gems among them.
the two up there are my first photos sold.
i still think they may be my favorite.

today i am a zombie in Ralph Lauren.
i think the lack of time spent with
my bike has made me forlorn.

there's a preteen in my neighborhood taking
saxophone lessons close enough for me to hear.
he's just starting out i think. do you know
how bad an inexperienced saxophone player sounds?

i need to get out of here.
