winnipeg winter's don't go well with
having any form of fashion sense.
function over fashion is a necessity.
however layering tights lets one
be a little creative on the blustery
days.
god knows it helps with the fashion
ennui that occurs from november to april.

i got them in san diego! and they're over top a pair of maroon tights i got from hongo kongo sweets!
