soooo. vancouver.
day 1: jennie picked me up from the airport
and we went for lunch/dinner by the Bentalls
with her friend susie. then i met up with amy
and it was her only night in town so we went to
have drinks at this jazz bar in yaletown.
day 2: woke up early, went shopping.
was too early so headquarters tvvintage
were still closed. went to the beach
by myself and got very sandy.
went to the cambie with parker and
jennie for too many pitchers.
then the princess bride was playing at
second beach outside so we went and afterwards
to the foundation for hipster veggie food
and yes, they are still just as jerky as
when i lived there.
day 3: ran errands with jennie.
saw little baby eva bean and her
gorgeous mum lizanne whom i haven't seen
in FOREVER. then saw
Valentino: The Last Emperor. saw jennie's
brother whom i practically grew up with.
then we went to The Whip for hipster dinner
and tegan or sarah was there. that or it
was just another lesbian with short black hair
in a plaid shirt but Missy and Jennie were
positive. Brent (from montreal) came down
as he is living there temporarily and we
all went to a crappy punk show at the Biltmore.
day 4: cloudy and cold. met up with brent
after running more errands. sat on beach
and contemplated the fine art of miniatures.
walked. alot. ate sushi. obv. had a photo
fight instead of goodbye at burrard station.
tommy au picked me up and we went to a secret
beach for the photoshoot. can't wait to
see them they look pretty wicked. i changed
in a 711 washroom. then i met jennie
and we watched parker's band fakesharkrealzombie
practice. then we went home.
then i came home.
