That is the bridge that leads from downtown to the seabus in Vancouver. The seabus takes you between North Van and Vancouver. I grew up in North Vancouver, but when i moved back i lived in Vancouver. I live in Winnipeg now, but will be moving back to Vancouver in the fall. So i suppose it's figurative and literal. I've travelled that bridge many times in many stages of my life.
